Volunteer Opportunity

Crew Requirements:

• Reception: 2 positions

• Event Marshals: 6 positions

• Event Photographers: 1 position

• Stage Assistant: 1 position

Reception Responsibilities:

• Check tickets, IDs and bags

• Issue wristbands

• Answer basic questions

Event Marshal Responsibilities:

• Patrol the event area

• Provide directions and simple information

• Help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

 

Event Photographer Responsibilities:

• Must bring your own camera and equipment

• Capture high-quality photos of the event for key moments and activities

• Take candid and posed shots of attendees

• Provide lightly edited images post-event in jpg format.

• ** Please provide sample photographs via a cloud storage platform (please include the link in your application)

Stage Assistant Responsibilities:

• Operate the stage laptop 

• Assist the Stage Manager

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Good communication skills in English (minimum requirement)

• Fluency in Mandarin, Thai, or Japanese is a plus

• Reliable and punctual

• Positive attitude and willingness to help
