Victoria by Costica is a refined pop-up maid café experience in Singapore, blending elegance with the charm of Akihabara-style hospitality. Our maids bring warmth, grace, and character to every interaction, creating a space that feels both intimate and engaging. Enjoy themed service, gentle conversation, and moments of lighthearted connection — an experience inspired by Japan’s beloved maid cafés. This first edition features a special collaboration with Alice×Alice from Akihabara, sharing authentic techniques and culture with our local cast.
Booking Policy
Event Date & Time • Please refer to booking form for event date. • 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (last entry at 10:00 PM) Age Restriction • This event is for guests of all ages, although alcohol may be served to only guests aged 18 and above. • A valid photo ID may be requested at entry. Reservations & MaidNominations • Maid nominations are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. • Masters or Mistresses arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their nominated maid, who may be reallocated to another guest. Lounge Usage • Bookings are for hourly sessions. Extensions may be possible, subject to availability and additional charges. Payment & Cancellations • Booking Payment is pre-paid before entry. • All bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. • However, requests to change the booking date or session time may be accommodated, subject to availability and at least 24 hours’ notice before the original booking. • Unused or missed bookings are considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Code of Conduct • Masters or Mistresses are expected to treat Maids and staff with respect at all times. • Masters or Mistresses may not solicit personal contacts from the Maids. • Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or intoxication may result in removal from the venue. Photography & Media • Chekis may be purchased as a keepsake ♡ Selfies can be requested with any service purchase~ • Masters or Mistresses must seek consent before taking any photos of Maids or other guests. • The organisers may capture official event photos for promotional purposes.
