Booking Policy
Event Date & Time • Please refer to booking form for event date. • 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (last entry at 10:00 PM) Age Restriction • This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and above. • A valid photo ID may be requested at entry. Reservations & Butler Nominations • Butler nominations are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. • Mistresses or Masters arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their nominated butler, which may be reallocated to another guest. Lounge Usage • Bookings are for hourly lounge sessions. Extensions may be possible, subject to availability and additional charges. Payment • Payment is collected upon entry. • Requests to change the booking date or session time may be accommodated, subject to availability and at least 24 hours’ notice before the original booking. Code of Conduct • Mistresses or Masters are expected to treat butlers and staff with respect at all times. • Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or intoxication may result in removal from the venue. Photography & Media • Personal photos (such as cheki or selfies) may be taken with your butler upon request and agreement. • Mistresses or Masters must seek consent before taking any photos of butlers or other guests. • The organisers may capture official event photos for promotional purposes.
